✦ I Know this path. ✦

That’s exactly what happened to me a few years ago when everything I thought I knew began to fall apart. One thing after another pulled me down.

I had left my home country… 
Lost the sport I loved to injury… 
Faced unexpected trauma and turns along the way… 
Then the weight of motherhood hit me in ways I never saw coming.
While I witnessed my health and finances slowly spiral down over time…

I didn't know who I was or where to look anymore.

It left me tired.. Drained... Discouraged... Uncertain... Breathless...

Emotionally, I hit a wall.

...And nobody seemed to have the answers...

The question kept echoing in my mind:  “What are we really doing here?”

I still clearly remember the day I dropped down to my knees on the floor, exhausted, empty, and desperate, wondering if this is really how it is meant to be. I looked around and realized… I was living a life that wasn't mine. 

This exact moment sent me on a journey I didn’t expect, a journey of remembering who I truly am beneath the layers of conditioning, fear, and inherited beliefs. I started to see clearly the mental and emotional patterns I’d been carrying, masterfully shaped by my childhood, my family, my culture, and a world that encouraged me to forget my power. I began unraveling the stories. Clearing the stuckness.

Instead of avoiding the pain or trying to move away from it, I went to look it straight into the eye. And when I did, something amazing happened...

It cracked me open.

Everything began to shift.

Through energy work, through dedication, through trial and error, I made a massive shift.  

I started to feel… Me. Again.

As I continued this path of energy mastery and followed the mystery of self-remembrance and empowerment, everything in my life began to change:

Not the version shaped by circumstance. Not the version that is tossed around by the emotions within and around me. But the version I came here to be. Rooted in stability, certainty and safety.
